In his series of virtual sculptures, Loïq Sutter explores the possible hidden narratives of computer icons in order to redefine their message via original compositions. By downloading and assigning them to any software or data, the user is able to designate their own interpretation.

#0000FF Gallery is announcing the opening of Some Nights I Dream of Rooms, a solo show by Eva Papamargariti, Sunday March 31.
Eva Papamargariti creates a series of potential sites that exploit realistic elements in order to interpret paradoxical situations. 7 "rooms" construct a narration based more on their structural rather than their temporal continuity. These rooms are represented by a floor plan and a 3D video. Starting from Sunday 31 and running through the first week o April, #0000FF will present each of them a day.

#0000FF Gallery is announcing the opening of #0000FF Line #2, January 17, the second of its Blue Line Series exhibition, featuring the works of Laura Brothers, Claudia Maté, Alan Schaffer and Sebastian Thewes. Each artist will present an album piece inspired by and paying tribute to the 'Blue Aesthetic'.

#0000FF Gallery is announcing the opening of Dimensions Variable, a solo show by Dimitris Papadatos, Sunday, November 25.
Dimitris Papadatos, in his quest to underline the potential dynamics of the performative nature of the socially detached social media user, will occupy and create content on behalf of the gallery for the time period of two weeks.
Ιf there was a possibility that Papadatos’ work could be bound inside an articulate scheme, the best way to describe it is ''Optimized Realism''. Since the work applies its references on various approaches, from Nihilistic manifestoes to intensively compulsive verse indexing and from free association painting to creating pop music there could be a valid argument on whether or not it also draws its references from ''modernist dogmas'' of social manipulation systems. Nothing there to assume than the clear need of reclaiming the market, using its own unperplexed semantics in order to create an optimized version of value, memory, and experience.

Esteban Ottaso is an Argentinian new media artist who works with Facebook’s #C6CDE0 and white. Ottaso imposes the two color Facebook coat on photos of his friends to seclude their identity as faceless “friend” units. They could be anyone’s or nobody’s friends.
