Frank Schulte studies educational sciences and psychology at Gerhard Mercator University, Duisburg, Germany, with special emphasis on the use of media in communication and educational processes. Since 1998, Schulte tries to transfer the things he learnes in his studies and work into the artistic field. In 1999, together with Ditmar Schaedel, a duisburg based photographer, he created a immersive virtual environment, through which the visitor could navigate and visit a virtual photographic exhibition. Currently, he is focusing on net.art, and together with fellow undergraduate students he is developing a interactive documentary about documenta 11.
