In one of his former lives he was a researcher, an entrepreneur, IT manager and information technology consultant.
Right now is more focusing on well being, Art and empowering people with self liberation and creativity tools.

As a researcher he contributed to create with a university colleague Opensourcelab, one of the first laboratories in the world to actively study the possibilities of Open source technologies, applied to small medium enterprises. During Opensourcelab he managed the direction of many projects included a primer for Italy s a manual for GNU/Linux called Facilissimo Linux for which he did design, coordination and revision of texts for this publication that was distributed weekly nationally at all news stands and in various retail chains; gave technical advice for building a laboratory with specialized computers for producing audio and video, satellite and digitization of audiovisual materials for the National Film Archive of Resistance Turin and created Mediainlinux, a bootable CD containing more than 200 multimedia software for Linux that required no installation and allowed to use a complete operating system without affecting the installation of Windows which today is called ArtistX and it’s his main no profit project (www.artistx.org). ArtistX is a free live GNU/Linux DVD which turns a common computer into a full multimedia production studio. It is based on Ubuntu GNU/Linux and contains nearly all the available free audio, 2D and 3D graphics, and video software for the GNU/Linux computing platform. It doesn’t need to be installed, and boots directly into a running system without touching hard drives. The files produced with ArtistX can be easily stored on USB devices or CD/DVD medium while it is running.

As an entrepreneur he created Powua, a Startup company for the development of cloud computing innovative services available via the Internet that was on line available to the public in 2007, when most of the companies would just start to think about Cloud computing. Powua in its first incarnation was a Super Computer that can be rented trough the Internet with the help of a hourly calendar and a remote connection which gave immediate access with a credit card payment to a great computing power.

As an IT manager and information technology consultant he worked in top management positions for some of the biggest Italian and International companies, like Seat, Fininvest, Carrefour, ABInbev and Deutsche Bank.
