Deb King is a Detroit-based artist/publisher whose work rises out of her history in performance art (1970-1984). A partner in Past Tents Press - http://www.pasttentspress.org, she is the founder, director and arts editor of mark(s) online journal for the arts - http://www.markszine.com.

She is currently working on a site specific project investigating population flows from 1860 to 1940 based on race and economics for a Detroit intersection.
