I currently work and live in New York City. I began taking photographs as a child in California and the view through the camera has ever since driven my desire to make art. I received a BA in Environmental Studies from Oberlin College in 1995, a BFA in printmaking from CCAC in 2000 and an MFA in combined media from Hunter College in 2007. I have received awards including the Yozo Hamaguchi Printmaking Award and have exhibited nationally, most recently at Photo Miami. I recently attended a residency at the Atlantic Center for the Arts and will be attending a residency this Fall at Ox-Box.
