Chin Chih Yang received his BFA from Parsons and his Masters degree from Pratt Institute. The Taiwan-born New Yorker is a recipient of a MCAF grant, the Urban Artist Initiative Fellowship, a NYFA Fiscal Sponsorship and a Gold Medal from the Creativity International Annual Awards for Creative Achievement in Photography. His works are highlight of this year’s "Queens International 4," Queens Museum, and "Meditation in contemporary Landscape" Godwin-Ternbach Museum and Dumbo - Art Under the Bridge Festival 2008. Also the election project “America is looking…” selected in "Other, OTHER II" - The Nathan Cummings Foundation - UAI/Longwood Arts Project/The Bronx Council on the Arts and Exit Art in New York City. As well as his art has been presented by ACM - the International Multimedia Interactive Arts Program in Singapore. His projects have also appeared in prominent public spaces in the New York City, including Union Square Park, Ralph Bunche Park (United Nations), and Rockefeller Center.
