BIO
Eric LeMay is the author of Immortal Milk (Free Press, 2010) and The One in the Many (Zoo Press, 2003). He has taught at Harvard, Columbia, and the University of Chicago. Currently, he is on the faculty at Ohio University. He also serves as web editor for Alimentum: The Literature of Food. His work has appeared in The Nation, The Harvard Review, The Paris Review, Gastronomica, Poetry Daily, the Best Food Writing series, and other venues. He also creates web-based, multimedia and data-driven work, such as painting-poem hybrids.
