Brandon Barr received his B.F.A in Interdisciplinary Arts from the Kansas City Art Institute in 2009 and his MFA from Alfred University in 2013. In 2011 he had a two-person show titled “Dual Singularity” at Urban Culture Projects Gallery in Kansas City, MO. Then, later that year was chosen to participate in the Festival de Digital Arte in Belo Horizonte, Brazil at the Museu Inima de Paula. In 2012 he exhibited his work in Dalian, China and at Virginia Commonwealth University Fine Art Gallery. Recently, he has been developing work that explores abstraction in post-cinematic media.
