I have been experimenting with random animation loops since I got my first computer in 1991 (a mac se) and an early copy of director which allowed me to create simple animations manipulated by random scripting.
I have been online and had various "sign69" websites since 1996 currently http://www.medialounge.org
The nature of the internet as a communications medium means that the internet has provided resources for pieces either by recycling online materials or developing work as a result of online exchanges.
