Artist Statement
Concept: I shot photos during the umbrella movement one year ago as a witness. Exactly one year later I re-worked them as digital paintings. They are re-worked through a process by using different layers of light because they are quite an historical moment in a recent time, and these pictures are not anymore informations artifacts, but a layer to the collective memory...
