Full Description
One of the photographed dust sets I traced in a graphic program, and my project partner Mauritius Seeger animated the drown particles in processing, C++andC#. We used a Kinetic 3D camera with custom directional motion tracking – if somebody get closer to the projection the dust speed up and follow the motions. The composition is never the same; it happens live and per chance. The humans disturb the dust, cause the chaos – the body is a part of digital artefact.

Artist Statement
Since some months I am collecting dust particles on a pice of black plexiglass. Monthly, I photograph the collected set, clean the surface and start from the beginning. The composition, and the quantity of the dust depends from the movement around the place, and other random occurrences. At the end the dust composition is a a base for the video, and also for 12 acrylic paintings.
