Playable Platonic Solids: Generative art sculpture / projection mapping installation. December, 2012. Miami Art Museum / Borscht Film Fest. 3 head-high, masonite platonic solids created as playable, projection-mapped sculptures. The objects were mapped with NASA Satellite footage and graphics generated from motion tracked by a Kinect located inside the installation. The tech: Microsoft Kinect --> TUIO --> MSA Fluid hacked with TUIO control in Processing -> Syphon -> Mad Mapper --> VDMX --> 3 projectors. The Platonic Solids were constructed at the TF in Little Haiti, Miami.
