Artist Statement

I was immediately obsessed with this story since I saw Chuck Jones' masterpiece, What's Opera Doc? When I saw The Buggs Bunny/Roadrunner Movie, and Buggs introduced it as a 17-hour Opera condensed into seven minutes, I thought, "Wait... so there's sixteen hours and fifty three minutes more to this thing?!?" So I eventually got around to seeing the whole thing, and it inspired me to attempt mashing it down to thirty seconds.
