Just because there is a video camera on my phone DOES mean that I have to use it. Just because I have filmed clips on my phone DOES mean that I have to edit it and put a soundtrack to it. Just because I have traveled and witnessed and felt and documented DOES mean that I have to package it into a thing and give it a name. It's that simple, it's the world we live in and there is no escape. You can try to ignore or deny the call of our enchanted props but in the end you'll succumb. So you may as well give in.

Who do you think you are you hypocritical bourgeois baby? Give into your base impulse and Instagram that fucking cute little animal and the beautiful boy or girl who doesn’t seem to hate you yet cuz you just met. You are almost as beautiful as a sunset but even more common. The pimples on your cheeks are like the pumpkins before Halloween. Your lackluster eyes are like wine grapes before they’ve been turned into wine. Your voice is hoarse like the ocean wave, never silent, never new. Your tears are like raindrops on a window, gliding over airport workers. Nevermind how much I love you. The question is may I kiss you?
