Rhizome | Window Glitch

I made this video as a reaction to instagram, Art fairs, and more information than I can keep up with influencing my daily life. A window in this video is a world of information, and the windows systematically overlap to create seemingly infinite interruptions. The imagery from the video is mostly composed of images of my own paintings, but I used video to create a greater sense of information overload than I could with my paintings. I like that there are more moving parts in a video than you could see at one time, and I think of this video as a celebration of urgency.
