A splash of ink on the rice paper presents the freedom of motion of two dimensions, but it is as flat as the painting itself. However, splashing ink in the water forms a three-dimensional image, changing magically by the second. My camera captures the splotches of the ink in the wash with flowing threads and magical shapes that cannot be achieved on the rice paper. These naturally formed lines and shapes are beyond our painting skills as well as beyond our imagination. Moving harmoniously with nature and leisurely waiting for the holy kiss is all I desire.
