Artist Statement
i am motivated by the most impulsive actions. when i look at the news or go on facebook, i am often compelled to reframe and reclaim imagery. this is an attempt to put people in a different light. text helps to disassociate the image, and adds another layer of complexity. i would like the viewer to read into the text, and read into the potential contradictions of these images. i like to shit on things. i like to create little schizzes and post them in order to add my stain to the web; to further deterritorialize it.
