Dancers from Bulgaria, England, Korea and Lebanon were asked to create one minute pieces, based on a list of directives written by Annie-B Parson/Artistic Director of Big Dance Theater. Subsequently, Ustream.tv was used to connect the remote sites live over the Internet; each dancer performed their choreography for the others, who in turn improvised a response. These responses, which were captured in unison and distorted by their travels through the Internet, have been used to create the installation which was on view at La MaMa E.T.C as part of the 2010 La MaMa Moves Dance Festival.
