In «silq», a 30 minute generative movieclip, Christian Schneider explored the use of Particle Systems beyond waterfalls and cloth. The result are aesthetic abstract forms which let’s us think of something between silk and smoke. He used Processing to generate the movie frames. «silq» was shown at Melkweg Mediaroom in Amsterdam Netherlands during the Sonic Acts Festival.
