What a beautiful mess! Four teens begin a bike race down a long steep hill. Faster and faster they go until they cross their own streams in the middle of the hill. They should have known never to cross the streams. They crash together but continue moving down the hill at the same momentum. Crash becomes mesh. Mesh becomes a ball of twisted reckage that rolls and rolls until it comes to rest at the bottom of the hill. Thank God, no one was hurt and insurance covered everything. This started off as a black ink drawing. For the life of me I could not figure out what to do with it. I loved the detail but what to form it into. If you look at my artwork you will notice the one consistency is the lack of consistency. I try to make each piece different from all the others. With each piece I try something new and try to learn something in the process making each piece a process of self discovery.
