Here we see the trees’ stoic refusal to submit to the dominating infrastructure- aggressive constriction and unremitting subjugation by the sidewalks, fences, buildings and decorative borders in this green battlezone. "After You Leave" is an online and ongoing project, merging animated video, drawing and digital photography to observe an overlooked resistance.

Part 3: Map to locations of particularly resistant trees in one neighborhood.
