Dislocation II is a series of photographs, videos and sculptures representing furniture of office and house in various states of disintegration. This work inspired by the increasing esthetisation of the destruction in the mass media questions the relation between a form and a matter. At which time a destroyed object isn't recognizable any more? By slowing down to the extreme the dislocation of the objects, this series articulates the abstraction and the representation. The dislocated pieces of furniture are produced starting from the same computer files which are translated by processes of synthesis and stereolithography.
