PaCu, which stands for Participatory Culture, is a Toronto based collective interested in initiating a new type of street gallery movement. Everyone is an artist, and we want to see your art! Our PaCuBox project is free of charge and it's meant for anyone who would like to share their creative expression with the public. With care in placement of many small display boxes throughout the city on poles and fences, these front side see through, lockable and durable units are internally lit at night so your work can be viewed at any time of the day. The limited size and the lack of technology are there to push boundaries of your imagination of what you can put into the box.
