Banff New Media Institute launches webcast for Refresh! conference on new media art, science, technology

In late September, more than 200 new media practitioners from around the world gathered at the Banff New Media Institute (BNMI) at The Banff Centre for the first Refresh! international conference on the history of media art, science, and technology.
