Online Privacy: iPhone Charging Station downloads photos

thought I'd share this project we (@branger_briz) recently completed and exhibited at Miami Art Basel. "A Charge for Privacy" is an iPhone charging station for the festival which functions as a metaphor for the online services that we use. Services that are thought to be "free" but are in fact paid for with a new digital-age currency, our privacy. Our charging station gave users a "free" charge in exchange for all of the photos on their iPhone, which at the moment of connection, were downloaded to the station and projected publicly on the wall.
