From Thursday May 21st 2009 cultural_capital is being cared for by KURATOR in Plymouth. Joasia Krysia and Geoff Cox will distribute the starter at THE INFECTED SEMINAR on Thursday 28 May 2009. Snacks will be served, produced by artist Lau Thiam Kok, made during KURATOR's custodianship of sourdough starter.
From Friday May 1st 2009 cultural_capital was being cared for by Caroline Broadhurst at home in Edinburgh. She organised lunch with her old colleagues on Friday May 15th and distributed the starter to them. One portion of the starter was sent by post to KURATOR to care for.

From Tuesday April 21st 2009 cultural_capital was being cared for by Alice Ladenburg in the windowless but very cozy kitchen of her flat in Marchmont. The starter was distributed on Thursday April 30th at an event to celebrate her birthday.
