As a 30 something woman, I defintely relate to not wanting to know…but I check myself often as life is to precious…most of the time, it is treatable if detected early enough so regular, frequent exams is a must

I lost my mother and one of my sisters to breast cancer. I know it has to be tough to cope with, and tough to make sure you are screened, but NOW, all my other sisters do it routinely. Being scared and having it hit you in the face, may be all the motivation they needed. Hope this a learning lestion to others as well.
I also know, not everyone has the resources or insurance to followup on this, but when you can, please do.
