LMD launches Cinematheque

is happy to launch a new complex of online departments:
The MediaCentre,
which will consits of the Cinematheque, The Theatre,
The ConferenceCentre and the ConcertHall:

It ist the Cinematheque which opens its doors first, now!

The Cinematheque will feature online streaming video
in changing programs 3-4 times a year of artists who work
in popular streaming video formats as Flash Video, Quicktime Video,
Real Video and others.

The opening program represents also already a highlight:
**LMD MediaCentre Summer Festival 2002**

It includes 33 works of these 8 artists
Doron Golan (USA), Michael Bryntrupp (Germany), Christina McPhee (USA),
Tony Mestrovic (Croatia) Melissa Ulto (USA), Fernando Llanos (Mexico),
Seth Thompson (USA), Agricola de Cologne (Germany).

Each artist represents another kind of personality,
another kind of approach to the streaming medium,
artistically and technologically.
The program displayes a variety of subjects and representations
from video poem to experimental works.

This online exhibition is designed, created and curated by
Agricola de Cologne, director of Le Musee di-visioniste,
which is currently also running the "Featured Artists Series".
