Nuage Vert - Reading the clouds

This looks like a very cool piece that uses lasers(?) to trace emission clouds from a Finnish power station (if I understand everything correctly). Anyway, they have video and it looks really cool.

environmentalist --> well that seems to be their intention, or one of them, given the second link you posted ...

(this one really comes out when it's shooting at the factory exhaust)
