CALL FOR DIGITAL ARTISTS–NEW COMMISSIONING OPPORTUNITY
BN1 and Lighthouse, in association with South East Arts are
commissioning four new digital media installations that will be located
in a number of venues along the English South East coast; Hastings
Museum and Arts Gallery, The Towner Gallery (Eastbourne), Fabrica
(Brighton) and The Otter Gallery (Chichester Institute of Higher
Education).
These four new commissions will combine with a fifth existing commission
with the De La Warr Pavilion (Bexhill) to become the "EVENT COAST"
project and will take place during a six month period in 1999.
The budget for each project will be seventeen thousand and five hundred
pounds (
