To 'The Federal Institute of Acces to Public Information (IFAI)"

This is a pacific sit-in, made by artists, activists and friends of
Laboratorio Arte Alameda and the electronic arts Festival Transitio
mx, to demand access to information regarding the cases of political
prisioners and forced disappearings, in order to know the names of
persons implicated in such processes.

In the midst of the age of Information Society there is no access to
such files, and which include mexican ex presidents and military and
police forces, since the student movement of 1968, to the illegal
disappareance of 2 members of the Ejercito Popular Revolucionario.

The Federal Institute of Acces to Public Information (IFAI)
unanimously agreed to classify for 12 years, the espionage activities
done by The National Secretary of Defense, to members of the
Zapatista National Liberation Army (EZLN), during the 2006 tour of
the Other Campaing of Subcomandante Marcos. The files regarding
Oaxaca were 4500 members of Federal Police were involved have also
been classified for 10 years.

Today october 19th of 2007, Procuraduria General de la Republica
said "its unknow the total number of victims and familiars of this
which have been affected by forced disappearances, illegal
detentions, totture and other illegal acts."

We, the people who manifestate online, radically oppose comissions of
truth, as they only function to provide paid work to professionals
who never solve anything. The government knows the people who
participated in such acts: they have files and still keep many people
alive, many of them still get paid by the mexican army.

We dont want a "friendly resolution". We want the justice which has
been posponed by 40 years. How are we going to be friends with this
persons or with their idea of damage repair? One of this
disappearances couldn't be paid with all the gold of the World Bank
or the International Monetary Fund.
We want justice, but we demand to IFAI, by means of this artistic
electronic action, transparency regarding the list of names of our
political prisioner and missing persons, access to death certificates
of those already murdered, and also access to the names of people
found guilty of participating on this crimes of humanity.
