Adobe After Effects is a powerful tool that combines the layering methods of image and graphics programs with the timeline of a nonlinear editing software. The result allows you to create anything from complex titles to moving paintings. This introductory class will focus on creative techniques and expressive uses for this versatile program, with an eye towards incorporating motion graphics into one's personal artwork. Familiarity with Photoshop,
Illustrator, Premiere or Final Cut is recommended. Class includes 8 hours of lab time in our digital media center. (capacity: 15)
