hello all,

my intentions are on one side, to refer just to martin himself, and one
of his most famous paintigs is "ich kann beim besten willen kein
hakenkreut darauf erkennen", now owned by collector mick flick. i did
not realized that this work would be totally unknown. on the other
side, i want to recall this "nazi"-thing. most people, in the art world
too, want to forget, or nothing to know., they are born later than ww2
ended, and so on. i'm 1/8 jewish, and i hate nazis, i hate artists who
like to make clean art and clean business inside a clean social
enmvironment, because that will claim that the "nazi geist" is still
around us.

thank you.

Dear Beate and all,

I visited your work and liked, specially the sound. But…

Martin kippenberger is a polemic artist.
Also your text: "ich kann beim besten willen kein hakenkreuz darin" =
+- "I can recognize with the best sake no swastika therein" has
bestirred me.
Also the fact that you sent this email to my other email which is not
the email I use in rhizome. I do not know you from another list.
We have never talked before.
Are you trying to tell me anything? I would like to understand why you
sent me this work privately.
My ancestors were JEWISH if you are interested about this. Please,
tell me the truth!
It is so absurd that one can imagine this that I am a nazzy that I am
completely astonished!
My works are not polemic, can you tell me which is the work I did
which is polemic?
Have you seen any suastic in one of them? Please, tell me! Be sincere!
Perhaps the polemic is in your eyes or in the eyes of the one that is
spreading this, do you know him /her? Tell me please from whom you
received this information.
It seems to me that you are accusing me, if you are you doing this, are
you based on what? Could you explain me? I do not think that it is
ethical, do you?
The last evenements in Rizome made me stressed just because I did not
know of what I have been acused.
I have been sick, with hight blood pressure. Also I am not posting
because I do not like to cause problems, mainly if people do not do
direct accusations.
Please, be direct just like I am being, okay?
Let's decide this forever, please!

I know who I am and I do not deserve this at all

If I am imagining things, my sincere apologies!

All best,

Regina

Regina…
are you OK?
if this is a performance meant to cause concern about a person i've
never met except through a list, it has worked.
are you singling me out for a particular reason? why have i been chosen
to receive your desperate thoughts?
am i more guilty than others?
do not play games with such fragile and serious things. please.
you must know i care.
the people running my country are proven criminals and murderers, but i
cannot say i care more about that than this.
even my dog has been neglected, since my thoughts have become so
overwhelmed with this concern.
i do not know how to be any more direct.

Dear Ryan and others,

I did not sent this message to rhizome. I sent it to Beate first and as she
did not answered fastly and I was really completely astonished I sent
tosome other rhizomers, but not for you or to the list . It was Beate that
forward it to rhizome . I have already answered her explanation which you
can see below. If you or other person need more explanation, just tell me.

Thank you Beate, and my apologies to you and other rhizomes. However you do
not need to send messages to my other email. I am in Rhizome Raw yet. I have
been really confused since some rhizome members told me that my emails were
not welcome, just because my outlook software sent a message by mistake. I
do not think that it is a reason for that and then I became to imagine why I
received this kind of feedback. Your message reach me in this difficult
period of my on line life . That is it.

All best,

Regina

Hi Ryan,

No, I am not OK. I am completely up set, that is it. I would never do
anything performative which such horrible them.
The message I sent to you and Curt where sent by the same reason, I want to
discover why people were so agressive with me because my outlook sent a
message by mistake. By the way, I imagine that it was the first time that
someone received a message from mailia here. If you searh the archives of
March 21st, probably you will realize this. I am always looking for any sign
of the reason of this negative feedback in the messages I receive from
rhizome. It is a completely stressing situation. Bu the way, I admire you a
lot, you were the only one to help me that day.

I do not post to rhizome since March 23, that day I sent a message with two
links for you, saying this:

"Thanks for the link Ryan, quite good!
Below two good texts in English by Suely Rolnik about Lygia Clark. There you
will find good information about relational objects, as I have promised."

Imediately someone posted a message:

DO NOT TEST
DO NOT TEST
DO NOT TEST

After this I received that message, I stop to send messages and became
completely stressed trying to discover why someone that I do not know and
that I have never talked before could do this kind of thing with me..

Today someone here wrote telling that there were less messages to rhizome.
Another one reply right away telling that it was very good. After this I
received the message from Beate with this subject "martin kippenberger has
left the building" (I related this with the previous messages - who is not
posting here - me), the worse is that she sent this to Rhizome and to
another of my emails, I do not belong the list [email protected]
from where the email was sent, so that it must be sent as bcc. So I imagined
that she was very interested that I read that message, and the rest you
already know.

I am a very sensitive person, to you have an idea, I have stoped to work in
my projects since March 23 rd, I do not get to do anything. During three
days I was on the bed with the world rotating around me because of my high
blood pressure. In fact I can not understand why someone like me that are
always working to net.art and announcing other artists and their works, and
Art and Culture deserved that kind of feedback from the list.

My sincere apologies, but if one of you could tell me what I have done to
deserve this, it will be wonderful.

To conclude I would like to say that the rhizomers which I sent a copy of
the my message to Beate are chosen among my friends or rhizomers that know
me there are much time or rhizomers that I think that are vip. I have not
against them

I hope it should clarify why I am not okay.

Yours,

Regina

HI Regina
I'm sorry to hear you are not well.
You need to take care of yourself & not worry about
stuff so much.
You and your museum are a force for good.
You've presented lots of peoples' work in an
enormously generous way & you've made beautiful work
yourself.
I don't *think* anyone wants to make you unhappy or to
criticise you unjustifiably. If they do they are not
worth worrying about.
Concentrate on getting better & then come back to
Rhizome & to the other lists.
If the lists can't absorb & benefit from your
personality, your work, your thoughts and your care
for the work of others, then they in turn are not
worth worrying about.
Take it easy & get better.
warmest wishes
michael
