that depends, do u mean "grounded" as-in mentally and emotionally stable; admirably sensible, realistic, and unpretentious, or do u mean "grounded" as-in the common or ordinary people, especially as contrasted with the leadership or elite of a political party, social organization, etc., or do u mean "grounded" as-in a penalty inflicted on an offender ( usually a child ); to be restricted to your home; to not be allowed to partake in certain acts.
i think in all these cases the answer is would be some version of "interesting", as-in engaging or exciting and holding the attention or curiosity; arousing a feeling of interest :-)
