It's an interesting position for someone who's supposed to be giving birth.

    It's a comfortable stance (relatively speaking), and a comfortable environment
    (" " "), so it's actually a positive and empowered position.

    The work is a very funny double provocation, but without the title or the
    celebrity subject it is a lifeless and perfunctory lump of sculpture.
