This paper was written for the Multimedia Performance Edition from acall I found posted here on Rhizome Raw. It describes the technologythat I invented to create the improvisational behavior of my emotiverobots (as well as other recent online works), and the dilemmas I haveconfronted making my art live, and moving into the realm ofperformance.
