The title of the piece is "How do you envision your piece working?" And
it is sure not a critique of the Library system. It is one small part
of a larger performance, part of which you can see at
www.corporatepa.com, www.brotherhood-direct.com, www.thetammi.org (under
construction), www.electrichands.com and others to follow. These are
the answer to the question "what does it take to…" What comes after
the "…" includes hegemony.

And I think you have a pretty poor opinion of other artists - assuming
that they are pitiful voices plaintively complaining their lot and not
doing the work to obtain their objectives. That prejudice just seeps
out of your analysis - much like the guy at the Rotary club asking why
we don't make jails into profit centers.
