Oh has been able to do this for quite awhile. If you are a weather freak there is also a very nice open militarty site that gives real good info in real time. Usually people keep this stuff quiet because some right wing nut job call their congressman and something nice goes away. It take all that METAR report stuff airports and other stations and turns them into nice icons or plain English, or French or whatever. The feature that lets you at places around the place of your choice is partioularly good. It is great for teaching 7 to 9th graders and maybe even adults the basics of atmosopheric science. So not only is truth out there but so are the tools.
