Hi Michael,

Eastern Europe is on the concept list because it is the "birthplace
of net.art." New York is on the concept list because is the "art
capital of the world." There's nothing "wrong" with any of the
concepts listed. It's just a dys.koncept.ual_kontest.

Incidentally, the winning entries were from amsterdam, paris, banff,
koln, and two from glasgow. Is glasgow inordinately dyskonceptual?
