Did anyone get a pre-proposal back with commentsfrom them when they first posted this opportunity up awhile ago?

    I sent them a submission quite some time ago, received a "thank you, we'll
    be in touch" and nothing since. This was a few weeks ago, if not a couple of
    months. Can't remember.
