I guess I can be as patient as the next chap, but does anyone know why the
decision is going so slowly?

    Hey, yeah. I lost my patience today too and wrote to Steve Dietz
    (haven't received a reply yet). Have you looked at the original call
    for proposals page? They recently changed the announcment date for the
    second time. But they're two days late on the new date (August 30). I
    don't know, postponing it once is acceptible but doing it again
    without mentioning why seems pretty lousy to me. I mean, we had to
    stick to our deadline didn't we?
