This is part of a series of projects using data from MySpace in unusual contexts to elucidate the structures of social networks and identity emergent patterns in user behavior.

Yo, I can’t be telling you how many times people askin us to help them write their rap lyrics. For real, It was getting rediculous… finally we decided to build a tool that automates writing raps, and helps you sound like your favorite rapper.

Here’s how it works:
1. Go to
2. Enter your favorite rapper/musician/whatever
3. PMR scrapes MySpace for people that also like that rapper, and makes your rap lyrics from their profile quotes
4. Drop some flavor over our HOTT midi beats
5. Get a record contract & become FAMOUSER!!!
