The Machida City Museum of Graphic Arts, the Art on the Net Steering Committee would like to announce the winner of this year's "netarts.org" Grand Prize respectfully.

The prize was chosen by the selection committee (Mark Amerika, Susan Hazen, Agnese Trocchi, John Hopkins and You Minowa), and the winner will be in receipt of the prize fee (200,000yen).
