Internet Archaeology Guest Galleries

  • Deadline:
    Oct. 10, 2009, midnight
  • Location:
    New York

Hello friends,

Internet Archaeology is currently looking for artists to contribute works for the Guest Gallery section.

IA is dedicated to preserving the aesthetics of an older internet. Right now we are focused on Geocities, because as you know, the end is near.

The Guest Gallery section aims to showcase work by artists which speaks to, is inspired by or uses elements of an early internet. As of now, five artists are working on pieces to be completed within a month; the time of Internet Archaeology's official launch.

Please consider this a great opportunity to showcase your work, and in turn have people realize the importance of preserving and showcasing an older age of the internet which will provide much inspiration and insight to many generations to come.

Please contact r@internetarchaeology.org for more details.
