Istanbul Museum Web Biennial 2003

Dear Artists,
As the team at the Istanbul Contemporary Art Museum, we are happy to
announce our first ever call for proposals of a Web Biennial.

This Biennial will be realised and exhibited exclusivly on the Web
and we will except every kind of web based project. This is an open call for
artists, communities, curators and institutions but we have some requirements:

Requirments:
1)Please send us your proposals as URLS, NO images or attachments!
2)In the source code, betweeb the head tags, the title of the index page
of your project should contain the text:
Web Biennial 2003- Name of the Artist-Name of the Project.
3) Deadline: January 31 2003

5) No portfolio sites, please.

The Biennial will start on the first of May 2003 and end at the end of the September.
The exhibition will exclusively on the web but we will
provide access to the websites multiple international physical spaces.
