Dear All,

Thank you for reading the message. You are kindly invited to participate in a voluntary online survey examining artists’ personal practices of preserving new media art, or alike (e.g., art & tech, digital art, etc.), and their engagement with the field of preservation. The survey is part of a PhD thesis project at the University of Manchester’s School of Arts, Languages and Cultures (Introduction page: https://www.alc.manchester.ac.uk/icp/research/postgraduate-research/phd-students/qinque-liu/)

If you are an artist practising new media art, please follow the link below to take the survey: https://www.qualtrics.manchester.ac.uk/jfe/form/SV_1XrAVtIQdBLw1HU

It will take approximately 15-30 minutes.

In addition, the thesis project is also recruiting interviewees, including
1) Artists making new media art;
2) Conservators or other museum/art gallery professionals working on new media art AND with experience in interacting with artists for the care of such art.
