One of our most vital services, the SubletSeries@HERE Program, supports 150 guest independent artists and groups—such as Colt Coeur, Ma-Yi, New Georges, and ViBe Theater Experience —and their audiences each season.

This creative curated rental program has allowed many upstart companies and emerging artists to realize their full artistic vision on a small budget. The program provides subsidized performance and rehearsal space, a lighting and sound equipment package, technical assistance, and administrative support, including a fully staffed box office. HERE will include the show on our website and in a monthly e-blast to our 21K+ subscribers. SubletSeries@HERE artists can also access equipment that is not typically available in venues our size such as video projectors, wireless microphones, color scrollers—all for free or at subsidized rates.
We accept applications from artists all over the world for the opportunity to show work for a minimum of three weeks. Weekly non-profit rates range from $3200 for the 71-seat DOT Theatre and $5500 for the 99-150 seat mainstage. Commercial rates also available. All ticket sales go directly to the artist. In addition, DOT shows typically begin at 2pm/7pm and and MS shows begin at 4pm/8:30pm.
