Application Requirements: All entries will be judged from digital images (jpeg format).

Exhibition dates: June 3- July 29, 2017

Eligible Artists: Artists 18 years or older currently residing in the United States.

Eligible Prints: Ann Street Gallery invites all North American artists to participate in Bon Marche affordable printmaking exhibition. All works must be for sale and priced under $200.00. Prints utilizing traditional, hand-pulled media, including hybrid works combining hand-pulled techniques with new media forms. Prints must be unframed and can be of any size. All prints must have a label with: artist name, title, media and price. Work must arrive exhibition ready. Mediums such as woodcut, intaglio, lithography, silkscreen, etchings, monoprints, collographs and photopolymer prints are eligible. 3D Prints and prints that push beyond the conventional boundaries, employing alternative display methods, will be considered.

Schedule Summary:

Retrieval of Artwork: Week of August 1, 2017

Delivery and Return of Accepted Work: Artists are responsible for covering shipping costs to and from the Gallery. Artist must supply return shipping label from UPS or FedEx with submitted work. Works must be shipped in reusable containers that will be used for returning artworks. Prints do not have to be framed and otherwise ready to display. Work also may be hand-delivered on dates specified.

Insurance: Accepted work will be insured while on exhibit, but the Gallery will not be liable for damage or loss in transit.

Sales: All prints must be listed for sale. The gallery retains a sales commission for sold works, which is used to support gallery programming.

Conditions: Works cannot be removed from exhibition prior to exhibition closing date. Any work requiring an intricate and unusual installation will require the artist to be present to install the work him/herself. The Gallery reserves the right to refuse any works for misrepresentation or improper packaging. Accepted work must be received by Gallery by specified deadline to ensure inclusion in exhibition. By entering the exhibition, artist grants consent for the use of submitted images to be reproduced for publicity and educational purposes.
