Open Call for Exhibitions: Brown Arts Initiative

The Brown Arts Initiative seeks applications for exhibitions in the Cohen Gallery and the Atrium Gallery for the 2017-18 exhibition cycle. Both spaces are located in the Perry and Marty Granoff Center for the Creative Arts at Brown University. Designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro, the Center is a state-of-the-art facility for multi-media experimentation and serves as a catalyst for collaboration among the arts, sciences and humanities.

We invite curators and artists to submit proposals for the exhibition of work in any media and/or combined media in the Granoff Center galleries. Proposals featuring traditional as well as new art forms are accepted, and experimental, interdisciplinary and emerging art forms are preferred. In addition, projects that address the theme of “Arts and the Environment” are encouraged.
