An open-source, community built research vessel seeks individuals with programming experience to help create an open exploration submarine drone. They welcome artists and technologists of all sorts to join their massive project building a scientific ocean research vessel from scratch!

Throughout July and August, the SV Seeker crew is specifically looking for individuals to come help work on their professional submarine drone.The project is looking for individuals with Arduino experience.
You will get to learn all kinds of skills involved with building professional scientific research vessels from scratch. You will probably get to learn some metal-working, such as MIG Aluminum welding, along with testing seals, sensors, and control systems.

Your food and housing will be covered during your stay. You just need to provide your own transportation to get there there.
